Lincoln — Renate G. Green, 83, of Lincoln, formerly of Marquette Heights, IL, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at The Lincoln Villages Healthcare.
Funeral Services for Renate will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta. Mr. Ryan Edgecombe will officiate. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
Renate Goodman was born on October 4,1942, in Germany, the daughter of Wilham and Matilda Goodman. She was united in marriage to Gerald Dean “Jerry” Green. He preceded her in death on July 9, 2014.
She is survived by her two grandchildren: Kara (Ryan) Israel and Brandon Dean Usherwood.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one daughter: Diana Renate Usherwood; and four brothers and four sisters.
Renate’s hobbies included playing BINGO and visiting with people.
Memorials may be made to Transitions Hospice.
