Atlanta – Frances E. Nollman, 84, of Atlanta, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
Services for Frances will be held at the Atlanta Christian Church on Friday, November 17, 2023. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. followed immediately by Funeral Services at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Mr. David Harmon. Burial will follow at the Atlanta Cemetery.
Frances “Frannie” E. Leesman was born September 30, 1939, in Atlanta, the daughter of Lawrence and Bernice Amberg Leesman.
She is survived by her sons: Scott Nollman of Flagler Beach, Fla., and Troy (Kim Vannoy) Nollman of Atlanta; one granddaughter, Kaylee Nollman; two sisters: Sandra (Michael) Beck and Connie (Davy Schriber) Tammeus; and two brothers: Stanley (Kathy) Leesman and Raymond (Irma) Leesman.
Frannie was preceded in death by her longtime fiancé, John Quiram, in 2017; and two brothers: Roger Leesman and Russell Leesman.
Frannie had worked as Secretary for the City of Atlanta for 25 years and was a member of the Atlanta Christian Church. She loved listening to music, especially Elvis, reading, cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, flowers and being outside. She especially enjoyed her family and time with them.
Memorials may be made to Atlanta Christian Church or Atlanta Fire Department or Atlanta Rescue Squad.
Final Arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home of Atlanta.
