Lincoln — Phyllis E. Barrigear, 83, of Lincoln, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025, at the Carlinville Rehabilitation and Health Center.
Graveside Services for Mrs. Barrigear will be on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. at the Greenwood Cemetery in Decatur.
Phyllis Elaine Dickey was born on January 19, 1942, in Decatur, the daughter of Jesse Leon and Edna Mae Armentrout Dickey.
She is survived by her son Virgil Barrigear, Jr. and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters; and five half brothers and sisters.
Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
