Charles “Ozzie” J. Koller

Atlanta, Illinois — Charles “Ozzie” J. Koller, 89, of Lincoln, formerly of Atlanta, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Graveside Services for Mr. Koller will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the Atlanta Cemetery with Dr. LC Sutton officiating.

Visitation will be held at the Quiram Peasley Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Burial will be in the Atlanta Cemetery.

Charles J. Koller, Jr. was born in Peoria on February 5, 1937, the son of Charles J. Koller, Sr. and Doris Dieckow Koller. He was united in marriage to Elizabeth Marie Dano on March 4, 1957. She survives.

Also surviving are his two sons: Charles J. Koller III and Steve (Tracy) Koller; two grandchildren: Rob Koller and Jaclyn Koller; and three great-grandchildren: Keigan Hoster, Lylah Koller and Lily Koller.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son: Greg Koller, one brother: Roger Koller, and one sister: Nancy Long.

Charles graduated from Limestone Community High School in Bartonville in the class of 1955. He was employed at R.A. Cullinan-Rowe Construction for many years. He was a member of Local IUOE #649 of Peoria.

His hobbies include trail rides on his mules, gardening, hunting, and fishing. He was a member of the Logan County Mounted Patrol associated with Logan County Sheriff’s Office.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Logan County Paramedic Association.
